Las Canteras is a quiet village just 11 minutes (drive) from the centre of
Ugijar. The village benefits from mains electricity and water. There is also a
waste disposal service, which is quite a new thing around these parts! There are
stunning views than can’t be tired of and a relaxed atmosphere with all that
live here. There is the occasional rush hour when the goat herder walks past the
house or the lady with the laden mule strolls up the hill in the evening! There
are a variety of people that reside here. English, French, Danish, German and of
course Spanish.
